W.F LTD is a leading agricultural company seeking an experienced and skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our farm.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and physically fit individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing various tasks including cleaning crops, clearing and collecting brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas, cutting agricultural crops, grading vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color and volume to fetch high prices in the market, hand harvesting vegetables, harvesting soybean pods, packing fruits and vegetables, planting, cultivating and irrigating crops, cleaning work area, harvesting crops, operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, cleaning stables, barns, barnyards and pens, and examining product for quality and its readiness for the market.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid Forklift Operator Certification, experience working with various types of equipment such as farm trucks, forklifts, loaders, tractors, combine harvesters, forage equipment, lift trucks, planting equipment, sprayers or dusters, swathers, tillage equipment, welding equipment, skid-steer loaders, and hand tools. Additionally, you will require mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods. You must also be able to distinguish between colors, have manual dexterity, and possess good hand-eye coordination. Our ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $45,000 per year
