Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at LA MARQUEZA MEXICAN FOODS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, service, and safety.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and other relevant standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
