**Job Description**

We're looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Sales Associate. As an ambassador of our brand, you'll ensure every customer feels like a valued guest in our home. Your role will involve giving a positive first impression, finding the items customers need, and suggesting additional items to help them build their dream space.

You'll also be responsible for helping customers check out and process their payment, reconciling daily payments and sales reports, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing storefront. Additionally, you'll support management in promotions and customer events, and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate orders and efficient communication.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience selling in a retail environment
  • A high school diploma, with post-secondary experience in sales and retail customer service considered an asset
  • Proficiency in retail operations and systems, including Point of Sale and Microsoft Office
  • A high standard of quality in customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals
  • The ability to self-motivate, organize, and communicate effectively
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
