About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Claims Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes in disability case management. This role involves working closely with an Associate Manager to champion proactive case management and lead the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach a team of case managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  2. Process Development: Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure seamless case resolutions and drive business results.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage stakeholders and communicate project status and progress.
  4. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
Requirements
  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Deep knowledge of disability products, processes, and best practices.
  • 2-3 years of proven coaching, mentoring, and talent developing experience.
  • Background in disability management, case management, health care-related fields primarily.
  • Proficiency in English and French to support diverse clients.
