Job Title: Nursing Care Support Worker

Carefor Health & Community Services is seeking a skilled Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Nursing Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Administer medications and perform other nursing tasks as required
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, including walking, standing, and using wheelchairs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Nursing Aide Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Vulnerable sector check
  • Tuberculosis test
