Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Tumbleweed Lounge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations as needed.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
