Key Responsibilities:

  • Decorate cakes and pastries to meet our quality and presentation standards
  • Run promotions and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our standards
  • Package and display products in a visually appealing manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or bakery environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move 50 lb boxes
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
