Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team at Amico Group of Companies. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Estimating and Project Management departments.

About the Role:
- Oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to predetermined schedules
- Gain a thorough understanding of Amico product lines and assist internal teams as required
- Collaborate with Sales to provide quotation and estimating support
- Develop strong relationships with customers through post-sale interactions and documentation collection
- Coordinate internal meetings, note minutes, and ensure on-time delivery of project materials
- Prepare project-based wiring drawings and ceiling layouts using AutoCAD

Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience working as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry is an asset
- Relevant education, training, or certification in Project Management is beneficial
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and AutoCAD
