Child Caregiver Professional

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to work as a child caregiver in the employer's home. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children.
Responsibilities:- Provide full-time childcare, including meal preparation, household management, and transportation;
- Assume full responsibility for household chores in the absence of parents;
- Develop and implement engaging activities for children, such as games, outings, and educational programs;
- Ensure children's physical and emotional well-being by maintaining a safe and healthy environment;
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities, health updates, and any concerns;
- Cook nutritious meals and maintain a clean and organized kitchen;
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and ironing;
- Participate in family activities, such as trips and outings;
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information;
- Establish positive relationships with children, fostering trust and respect;
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (an asset);
- 1-2 years of experience working with children in a caregiving capacity;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and situations;
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification;
- Availability for shift or on-call work;
- Competitive hourly rate ($18-$22 per hour);
