About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at Mr. Flooring Canada Corp. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Perform direct glue-down carpet installations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in the flooring industry
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service
