What You Will Be Doing:

As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Assisting guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Following outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Having full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
  • Having full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
  • Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

You will need:

  • A minimum of one (1) year recent experience (in the last five years) in a food and beverage related position in a quality establishment
  • Serving It Right and Food Safety certificates
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • A team player with proven success in relationship building
  • A commitment to provide excellent service and exceeding expectations
  • Completely fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Professional and impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Barista knowledge would be an asset
