About the Role:

The Zanchin Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dealership operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, directing them to parking and the dealership facility.
  • Tag customer vehicles and apply seat and steering wheel covers.
  • Maintain company parking lots, ensuring ample parking is available for customers.
  • Ensure the service drive-thru remains uncongested and vehicles are flowing through orderly and timely.
  • Wash vehicle exteriors in preparation for customer delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
