We are seeking a caring and reliable Family Support Provider to join our team at Arshad Ali Peer. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our family.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 32.5 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work with our children on a daily basis, assisting with their emotional well-being, personal hygiene, and social development. Your tasks will include bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy environment in our home.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in our absence.
  • Travel with our family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Discipline children according to our methods.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Maintain records of daily activities and health information regarding our children.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for our children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $40,000 per annum, based on a 32.5 hour workweek. We also offer relocation costs covered by employer and a non-smoking work environment.
