Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at GroupEcho Canada inc. as an Internal Business Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation, and persuasion skills with prospects and ability to influence.
  • Ability to achieve objectives and identify customer needs and objectives.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.
