At J.R. Simplot Company, we are committed to innovation and excellence in the agricultural industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ag Innovation team as a Seasonal Ag Innovation Support Specialist.

Job Summary

This role will provide soil sampling services and ensure customer satisfaction and positive user experiences for a predetermined territory. The successful candidate will work closely with the Ag Innovation team to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and assist with soil sampling procedures as required.
  • Work with sales representatives to consult and plan on SoilConnect projects for customers in the territory.
  • Contribute to and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner in and out of the workplace.
  • Keep and maintain confidentiality of all customers and Simplot Grower Solutions business.
  • Ensure all licenses are up to date and in compliance with provincial and municipal regulations.
  • Be familiar with and live the values that are defined by the Simplot Grower Solutions.
  • Set, maintain, and live high ethical and moral standards.
  • Support safety practices and initiatives as set by safety officer and ensure safe driving habits.
  • Demonstrate respect and courtesy for all team members, customers, suppliers, and community.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Work Environment

  • Outdoor setting.
  • Interacts with upper and middle management, employees, and customers.
  • Repetitive work.
