About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team at Perfect Gates and Fences Inc. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install fences and other related structures in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Measure and mark locations for fence posts and other components.
  • Cut and assemble fence panels and other materials as required.
  • Install gates and other hardware as needed.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets company quality expectations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work safely and follow company protocols.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
  • On-the-road job with varying work locations.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language required.
