Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at Western Nails & Spa. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front end, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales and merchandising goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records.
  • Order merchandise and ensure that it is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales and merchandising role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The working language is English.
