We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of excellence in university teaching and research or demonstrated evidence of the potential to develop such a record. They will be expected to teach introductory and upper-level courses in strategic management and entrepreneurship to undergraduate and graduate students and have an established research agenda in these fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach strategic management and entrepreneurship courses to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Conduct research in strategic management and entrepreneurship
  • Develop and maintain a research agenda in strategic management and entrepreneurship
  • Contribute to the development of the Faculty of Management's research and teaching initiatives

Requirements:

  • PhD in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship or a related field
  • Demonstrated record of excellence in university teaching and research or potential to develop such a record
  • Ability to teach introductory and upper-level courses in strategic management and entrepreneurship
  • Established research agenda in strategic management and entrepreneurship
