Job Title: Insurance Service Desk Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Service Desk Advisor to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. As an Insurance Service Desk Advisor, you will play a critical role in reviewing Life and Living Benefit insurance files for risk and compliance, ensuring that all policies are in good order and up-to-date. You will also work closely with Investment Advisors and Regional Sales Network to facilitate a smooth transition for clients from one platform to another.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review insurance policies to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Liaise with Investment Advisors and Regional Sales Network to facilitate client transitions
  • Scan and upload documents to centralized databases
  • Ensure client activity is recorded in centralized databases
  • Communicate compliance-related issues as needed
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Life and Living Benefit insurance role
  • Post-secondary studies in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Life & Accident/Sickness Insurance Licensed (LLQP)
