Job Summary

At 3D LASER & FABRICATION INC., we are seeking a skilled Welding Fabrication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, reading and interpreting welding blueprints, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
  • Computer-aided design (CAD).
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using welding machines.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 32 hours per week.
