Apprentice Mechanic

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice Mechanic to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As an Apprentice Mechanic, you will assist in the maintenance and upkeep of project vehicles and equipment, working under the guidance of a 310T mechanic.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and diagnose vehicle malfunctions, performing repairs and replacements as needed.
- Monitor and repair AVL systems and electronic driver's logs.
- Diagnose problems and recommend necessary services for vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and prepare cost estimates for repairs and service requests.
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment meet provincial standards and regulations.
- High school or second or third year apprenticeship student.
- 1+ year experience in a related field.
- Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Use of manual and powered tools and equipment.
- Routine exposure to outside weather conditions.
- Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.
