Job Title: Primary Care Paramedic
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Paramedic to join our team at Shared Health. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and community outreach programs.
- Conduct health assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Current certification as a Primary Care Paramedic.
- Experience in a primary care setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
