Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Drive-In Food Service Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our drive-in team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
