About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Mr. India Meats & Restaurant Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and prepare a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers, ensuring high-quality ingredients and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintain inventory and records, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen setting.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
