Thompson Rivers University is seeking a qualified Sessional Instructor to teach ENGR 1200 Engineering Design II in the Winter 2025 semester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering course content, developing and administering assignments, and marking exams and final portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver course content, including lectures and lab sessions
  • Develop, administer, and mark assignments, projects, midterm and final exams, and final portfolios
  • Provide feedback to students on their performance and progress
  • Stay current with developments in the field of engineering and incorporate relevant topics into the course
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Valid Professional Engineering License
  • Experience with microcontrollers, such as Arduino Mega 2560
  • Related teaching experience is an asset
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
