Key Tasks
  • Support employee transactions and data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and processing changes.
  • Investigate any benefit administration discrepancies and conduct regular audits.
  • Manage the Security Clearance process and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Office Administration or Human Resources Administration.
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of Workday, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory.
  • Minimum two years experience in an administrative position preferably in a Human Resources department.
