About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of our server management team in North America. As a Cloud Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of experienced professionals responsible for server operations across various platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing senior-level team members in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux-based server operating systems, including HA cluster technologies like Pacemaker.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and VMware.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage global teams and customers.
  • A visionary approach to problem-solving and innovation.
