Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Eleven Foods Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
- Cost Control: Analyze and optimize product and service costs to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to resolve complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent Employment: Enjoy a stable and secure work environment.
- English Language: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in English.
- Hours of Work: Work 42.5 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
