About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at Khushi & Bill Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the framing and installation of wood structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Planning

Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for framing and installation projects.

Blueprint Reading and Interpretation

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.

Layout and Measurement

Prepare accurate layouts and measurements for framing and installation projects, using precision measuring tools.

Material Preparation and Installation

Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to ensure precise fit and installation.

Supervision and Quality Control

Supervise and mentor junior workers to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.

Maintenance and Repair

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on wood structures, including residences, wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in framing and installation.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
