Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Talent Nails and Lashes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Operations: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, requisition materials and equipment, and monitor quality and production levels.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Language and Hours:
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
