The Role
This 6-month temporary full-time position offers a competitive salary of $$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for emergency services.
- Mentoring staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Fostering interdisciplinary teamwork and promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Conducting needs assessments and designing programs to improve patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent required.
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in emergency nursing.
- Demonstrated leadership and quality improvement expertise.
