The Role

This 6-month temporary full-time position offers a competitive salary of $$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for emergency services.
  • Mentoring staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Fostering interdisciplinary teamwork and promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Conducting needs assessments and designing programs to improve patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent required.
  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in emergency nursing.
  • Demonstrated leadership and quality improvement expertise.
