Job Summary:

At Pardip Singh Bal, we are seeking a dedicated Homecare Professional to provide full-time household care to a family, including childcare, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and emotional support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home and ensuring the well-being of the children in their care.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality childcare and engage in activities that promote social development and personal growth.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to the family's specific needs and requirements.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to the children, helping them to develop essential life skills and values.
• Ensure the children are bathed, dressed, and fed on time, and assist with homework and other educational activities.
• Maintain open communication with the parents, providing regular updates on the children's progress and well-being.
