Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at THE EMPIRE REALTY POINT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve organizational objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
