Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at Target Drywall & Acoustics Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, filling joints and holes, and ensuring a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets, ensuring a precise fit
  • Filling joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Cut openings in lath for heating and ventilation piping, ducts, and electrical outlets
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy drywall sheets
