This role offers a unique opportunity to streamline our web production by managing content requests, orchestrating tasks within JIRA, aiding in issue resolution, and overseeing the content update workflow for our public-facing websites. Your diligent support is key to maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our digital content, paving your path towards advanced opportunities like a Web Publisher role within Aviva.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of web content management and publishing processes. As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will manage the intake of content requests from various teams and collaborators, inputting tasks and requests into JIRA, ensuring all necessary details and requirements are documented.

You will also assist in the triage of issues related to web content and publishing, advancing complex problems to senior team members. Additionally, you will coordinate with developers, designers, and content authors to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field, as well as 1-2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related role. You should possess basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles, as well as experience with JIRA or similar task management tools.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
