Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder-Fitter Helper to join our team at GNE Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to construction, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials, mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt, and directing traffic at or near construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safe and efficient movement of personnel and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
