Master Craftsman

System Care Truro is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Craftsman to join our team. As a Master Craftsman, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial properties using wood and other materials.

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
• Supervise other workers.

• Carpenter Trade Certification.
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
• Bondable.
• Criminal record check.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
