Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Present and communicate the benefits of our Pre Need Funeral planning program to community organizations, funeral homes, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Cemetery Operations, Funeral and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve company revenue goals and objectives.
- Ensure accurate completion of contracts, obtain required signatures, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in regular meetings with funeral home and cemetery staff to share information and best practices.
- Passion for customer care and a strong discipline for working in a customer-centric service organization.
- Experience in business development, sales, and customer success is an asset.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Highly focused on achieving and exceeding sales results and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
