About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Sifton Properties Limited. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing product features that meet customer needs while driving business growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed product requirements, create and prioritize the product backlog, and lead planning meetings to ensure the development team understands their tasks. You will also be responsible for writing clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development, acting as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, and developing and maintaining the product roadmap.

As a Product Owner, you will conduct research and user testing to gather insights that guide product decisions and meet market needs. You will also track product performance and user feedback post-launch to drive improvements and feature updates, and identify and mitigate potential risks in the development process.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments. You should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and define detailed product requirements
  • Lead planning meetings and ensure the development team understands their tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three (3+) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure
  • Proficient in product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is preferred
