Equitable Group, a leading FinTech, is seeking a seasoned Director, Product Management to spearhead the development of innovative digital banking solutions. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting a product strategy that meets the evolving needs of our customers and drives business growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead a high-performing product team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, finance, and customer experience, to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in delivering customer-facing and business-impactful services.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading e-commerce platforms, mobile products, banking finance products, or adjacent product experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team of at least 3+ product managers.
