As a Dental Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services for patient care
- Performing all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening
- Serving as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
- Establishing and retaining patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patient's expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
- Registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
- Valid CPR certification
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
