Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for retail sale
- Remove bones and other inedible parts from meats
- Grind meats as needed
- Prepare special orders for customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a butcher shop or meat processing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
