Job Title: Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, merchandising products, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with regular customers
  • Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the bakery team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the baking, food production, or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Physical Requirements:
  • Continuous standing and walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
