About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer Front End to join our team at Sentry. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our products and driving innovation in the development and deployment of our tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence in user experience and technical quality.
  • Craft polished, intuitive user experiences that adhere to strong design principles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building holistic and thoughtful solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives and deliver features that set new standards for excellence in our products.
  • Develop both front-end and back-end features, with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development, and a proven ability to design and implement features from concept to completion.
  • Rapidly iterate on proof-of-concept implementations to bring new product ideas to life, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable solutions that not only work well but also look and feel great.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications and working with large-scale distributed systems.
  • Proficiency working with our tech stack (TypeScript, React, Python, Django, Postgres).
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for building polished, intuitive user experiences that adhere to strong design principles.
  • A strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development, with a proven ability to design and implement features from concept to completion.
  • Experience in rapidly iterating on proof-of-concept implementations to bring new product ideas to life.
