Retail Store Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, ordering merchandise, and establishing work schedules.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a retail store environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
