Ice Cream Counter Attendant

Responsibilities:
* Operate ice cream counters, including scooping, serving, and handling customer transactions
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the ice cream counter, storage areas, and surrounding environment
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
