Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the ordering and receipt of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that inventory is accurately recorded.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Sales and Customer Service
- Supervise and participate in the sales process, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that sales targets are met.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Problem-Solving
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a convenience store environment.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Term
- Permanent position.
- Hours
- 40 hours per week.
