Cobs bread is seeking a skilled Bakery Production Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a baking environment.

The Work setting for this role will be in a Bake shop environment, where the candidate will be responsible for preparing dough and batters according to recipes and customer orders.

Key Tasks for this position include:

  • Preparing dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.
  • Baking mixed dough and batters to a perfect golden brown.
  • Frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods to add a touch of elegance.
  • Ensuring product quality meets the company's high standards.
  • Operating machinery with ease and efficiency.
