Role Overview

The Financial Analyst (GTM) will be a key member of both the company's Finance and GTM teams, responsible for analyzing Versaterm's Go-To-Market strategies to drive market capture and revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain financial models for our Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Analyze business scenarios, markets, customer segments, and product lines to inform decision-making.
  • Develop operational and financial indicators of success for the GTM team.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support the GTM team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with strong academic record and relevant certifications.* 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning, preferably in high-growth tech-enabled services or SAAS industries.* Expert-level skill and proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
