Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Clean and Green Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
